Hampton Inn & Suites Hope

I could tell they had sprayed for bugs but I killed a roach the size of my thumb. The electrical outlet I had to use to plug in my c-pap was across the walkway to the bathroom so that was a fall Hazzard. The room was clean & breakfast was good. My biggest complaint is the electrical outlet issue.

This hotel was a WONDERFUL place to stay. It was spotless from the parking lot to the room. The bed was very comfortable and the linens smelled fresh. The bathroom was super clean and well stocked. The TV was large and easy to operate. I loved that when I turned it on, a welcome greeting, with my name, was the first thing I saw. Great personal touch. The desk, chair and sofa were great features and comfortable. The front desk personnel were all kind and helpful and always smiled. The rest of the staff was just as friendly and helpful and answered my questions with a smile. The hotel is modern and very inviting. The breakfast was great and well supplied. The complementary breakfast to-go bags for guest who couldn't take time stop, sit, and enjoy breakfast were amazing. A very personal touch and greatly appreciated. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you making me feel you cared about my comfort and safety.

Stayed here for work on multiple occasions. The remodeled rooms look great. Front desk people could be a little nicer but overall I've been happy each time I have stayed. The only drawback was that it sounded like a semi idling all night long with the AC unit.

One of the VERY best Hampton Inns that I have stayed at. Located on the edge of town, so very quite at night to sleep well. Near Freeway access so convenient as well. Good eats nearby. This motel is hard to beat...and had FREE homemade cookies !

Excellent cost to value for this spot. Service was less than superb but not awful. We waited to be acknowledged for about 20 minutes while the only front desk person managed a phone call. She didn't even attempt to acknowledge us. This was disappointing after a 7 hour drive as we really needed to use a restroom and try to start the wind down of a long drive. The room was clean. Typical terrible Hampton Inn mattresses and pillows. Typical noise issues from the hallway. The location was perfect for our needs. The breakfast spread was the best we've had so that was a nice way to cap off the overnight stay. Definite recommend just don't expect phenomenal service interaction.

We chose Hampton by Hilton for one very important reason — our very spoiled Goldendoodle is welcome there. And let me tell you… they did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming (to all of us — including the four-legged VIP). The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Traveling with a dog can sometimes feel stressful, but Hampton made it easy. Plenty of space, a comfortable stay, and that reliable, consistent quality you can count on. Bonus points for the breakfast — always a win! If you’re traveling with a furry family member and want a place that feels easy, comfortable, and genuinely pet-friendly, Hampton is a fantastic choice. Two thumbs up from us… and two paws up from our Goldendoodle!

The receptionist gave us a nice quiet room, as requested. Since the WY-FI was down she offered us a soft drink and chips. The room was clean. The king size bed was very comfortable. This will be our stop-over for future trips east.

This is a great Hampton. Friendly staff and the rooms are super clean. There are some issues. The toilets are really low and low flow. Our AC motor makes some crazy noises on start and stop. But TV is great and fitness center has the best equipment I’ve seen in this level of hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Beats the hotels in Texarkana.
